Some information you may want to have if you measure the signals using an oscilloscope,
FFT or other signal analysis tools.
1) The output level to drive the unit 'peaking' at the normal level of 10mG is
.5 volts (4 and 8 coil units only)
2) Do not be concerned if your coils have different outputs. The field strength is a vector of the two, north and
south, poles. If the coils have slightly different strengths, they will create a field that 'averages' the two.
3) If you notice different field strengths for left and right channels, use the left/right balance to adjust. If
you are not able to find the controls for that, use another utility to do it, such as "Voluma!" to do it. (The windows left right control,
in the sound control panel, has very small and hard-to-control sliders.). Do not be concerned about this. If you
have different outputs, you can swap the channels to add some variety to the signals, making it harder for the
brain to accommodate to the signals. You can take advantage of these differences, so there's no need to eliminate
them. Anisotropisms inhibit habituation.
4) If you need tech support for Shakti signal analysis, consult the manufacturer of your measurement equipment.
