Most of the available information relating to psychic skills that can be used
to facilitate psychic experiences and development relate to "receptive psi", the reception of information,
as occurs with remote viewing ( Remote Viewing ) and telepathy. "Seeing the future" is not a predicted effect for Shakti at this
time. There is evidence that does relate to precognition ( Sample of Precognition Evidence ), but it relates to a geomagnetic correlation, rather than response to magnetic signals. Future
versions of Shakti will include procedures for enhancing precognitive perception if and when they appear.
For now, we do have some procedures that, in principle, could enhance telepathic
perception for some people. For remote viewing, there is a separate page, here.
Studies were done in which people were able to telepathically receive information
from one another while one of them received magnetic signal stimulation ( Telepathy Study ). These studies
relied on another generation of this technology (complex magnetic signal neural technology) that used signals that
revolved around the head as a midi sequencer applied the signals to eight magnetic coils, one at a time.
This device, called 'the octopus', is quite different from the equipment you'll
be able to create following the instructions given in this software. Nevertheless, some of the lessons learned
in these studies can be applied using Shakti.
One study cited another researcher who found that transcerebral (across the head)
EM waves move from the frontal to occipital lobes. ( Frontal to Occipital movement). Phase-shifts and repeated sections between 15 and 25 milliseconds occur in these waves. The
latter time frame converts to 40 Hz, suggesting a session design in which the modulated 40hz signal is applied first over the frontal
lobes, followed by the occipital lobes. The appearance of psychic perception following such a session would not
be inconsistent with laboratory observations.
Another promising result for the enhancement or awakening of psychic skills lies
in the observation that the same procedure that enhanced telepathic communication also consistently elicited a
20% increase in the band from 5 to 5.9 Hz measured over the right hemisphere ( 5-6 Hz band increase over right).
The middle of this band is only incrementally different from a signal (discussed Here ) that has elicited dramatic phenomena. It's
application over the right occipital-temporal-parietal
area, right frontal
lobe, right occipital
lobe, or right
temporal lobe might be germane to psychic experiences for some people.
So far, there are no procedures guaranteed to produce psychic experiences, with
this or any other technique. However, evidence is appearing that can be of help.
