The best signal for the Right Temporal Lobe for most people will be either
of the two Hippocampal Signals.
The hippocampus on the right side specializes in 'non-verbal cognition and contextualization'. In one published
study, corroborated by reports in the Shakti project, the hippocampal signal applied over the right side was rated
as more pleasant over the right side.
Reports from the Shakti Project have included both lucid and vividly-colored dreams, as well as enhanced dream
recall. The hippocampal signal is most strongly implicated in these Shakti Project experiences, where it's applied
by default over the right side.
Al though they are not common, headaches have been reported in association with the hippocampal signal over the
right side. These have not recurred following the third session in a series, and they seem to respond to over-the-counter
headache remedies.
Alternate temporal and frontal stimulation with each series of sessions. Excess activity in either of these two
lobes can reduce activity in the other. This can feel unpleasant. One of the first phenomena that may appear if
you have used the hippocampal signal over the right temporal lobe is the experience of having words seeming to
'escape' (having a word on the tip of your tongue that you can't get out).
If you do a session using the hippocampal signal over the right temporal lobes, and it begins pleasantly, but then
later become less so, stop the session. Activity from the right hippocampus may have 'spilled' into the right amygdala.
Note how long the session lasted, and stop your session at that point for that signal from then on.
The amygdaloid signal is NOT suggested over the right temporal lobes for most individuals.
The Modulated 40hz signal has not been tested over the right temporal lobe.
The sleep-derived Thalamic signal has not been tested over the right temporal lobe.
The Schumann Resonance signal has not been tested over the right temporal lobe.
The Event-Related Potential signal has not been tested over the right temporal lobe.
The Caudate Nuclear Signal has not been tested over the right temporal lobe.
