The Left Frontal Lobe is important in
maintaining a healthy, positive emotional state.
These comments are based on normal brains. If you have a reversed structure, they may not apply to you.
The most successful sessions over the left frontal lobe have been done using the amygdaloid wave form. Some individuals
might experience bliss or elation during or after a session done over the left frontal lobe using the amygdaloid
signal.
The Hippocampal signal over the left frontal lobe is not suggested.
The Caudate Nuclear signal has created pleasant sessions when applied over the left frontal lobe, but there are
fewer connections between the left frontal lobe and the caudate nucleus. Especially compared to how well-connected
it is to the parietal lobes. That suggests that the effects of the caudate nuclear wave form over the left frontal
lobe are occurring partly through adjacent structures, most importantly the amygdala. This suggests that the range
of its effects from one individual to the next will be greater than for other structure-specific signals.
Not many people have used the caudate nuclear signal, but their reports are consistent with a caudate nuclear hemispheric
specialization. The caudate nucleus on the left side appears to be more active in more aroused states, and the
caudate nucleus on the right seems to be more active in relaxed States, if we can generalize from the reports so
far.
For the left frontal lobe, one can anticipate extroverted, energetic, forward-looking states. This should be taken
in it's most general sense.
Both arousal and relaxation can be pleasant or unpleasant. Normally, relaxation is pleasant, but if it's strong
enough to become lethargy, then it's not very nice.
Aroused States can also be a pleasant or unpleasant. Feeling energized can be nice, but feeling jittery is unpleasant.
Both of these could be called arousal states.
Using the caudate nuclear signal over the left frontal lobe should be considered a matter of personal experimentation.
There is no general rule as to whether or not this signal belongs on this side of the frontal lobes for any individual.
Non-structure-specific signals have not been tested over the left frontal lobe. However, as with any portion of
the cortex, the application of the modulated 40 Hertz signal should yield an alteration in a state of consciousness
consistent with the phenomena of that cortical area.
It's important not to work only on your forntal lobes. Maintaing a balance between the activity in the froontal
lobes and the temporal lobes is important for maintaing a healthy inner state.
